I've made this site as I've been fed up of the problems I've had with various trades and services.

I hope that Trade Feedback Forum can help sort out customers' problems, by giving people the chance to review their experiences openly, and by inviting a response from the other party.

In particular, I hope that this may encourage those companies who have left unsatisfied customers to do something to improve the situation or at least to tell their side of the story.




The philosophy of this site is that communication is always a positive thing and that the more of it there is, the easier it will be to trade and this will ultimately be for the benefit of all of us.
